Terms of service
Effective 21 April 2026 · Last updated 21 April 2026
These are the terms that govern your use of SA Website ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, signing up for a plan, or replying to one of our WhatsApp messages, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The short version. We build and host a small website for your business from R99/month. You can cancel any month by replying on WhatsApp. You own your content. We own the platform. We do our best to keep the site up, but we can't promise perfection. South African law applies.
About these terms
SA Website is operated by Afrimont Enterprises (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/693523/07), a company registered in South Africa with its registered office at 17 Midas Avenue, Olympus, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0081. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the business owner or authorised representative) and Afrimont Enterprises (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). Together with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions, they cover everything about how we work together.
The service
SA Website provides:
- Automated generation of a single-page website for your business, using AI and publicly available information about it.
- Hosting of that website on a
{slug}.getsite.co.zasubdomain (Basic) or a custom domain you choose (Pro). - An SSL certificate, daily backups, and basic on-site edits via WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp-based support for sign-up, edits, and questions.
We are not a design agency, a marketing service, or an SEO consultancy. The website we produce is intentionally simple: one page, mobile-first, focused on contact details and essential business information.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you sign up.
- The details you give us (business name, contact number, address, domain preferences) must be accurate and up to date.
- You're responsible for anything done on your account or sent from your WhatsApp number. Let us know immediately if it's compromised.
Plans & pricing
We currently offer two plans, priced in South African Rand (ZAR) and billed monthly in advance:
- Basic — R99 per month. Single-page website hosted on a
{slug}.getsite.co.zasubdomain. Includes SSL, hosting, backups, and free WhatsApp-based edits. - Pro — R129 per month. Everything in Basic, plus a custom domain (such as
.co.zaor.com) registered and renewed in your name, plus priority WhatsApp support.
We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want to continue.
Billing & payment
- Payments are processed by Paystack (Pty) Ltd. By subscribing, you also agree to Paystack's own terms.
- Your first payment is taken when you confirm your plan on WhatsApp. Subsequent payments recur automatically each month on the same date.
- We never see or store your full card details — those are held by Paystack.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know on WhatsApp and retry up to three times over the following week. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or take down your site until it's resolved.
- You're responsible for any taxes or levies that apply to you locally. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel at any time by replying on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Your site stays live until then.
- We don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a month, since the hosting and resources have already been reserved.
- If we take your site down in error, we'll credit you for the affected time or refund the month — your choice.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your very first payment and haven't actively used the service, email us and we'll refund in full.
Domains & ownership
For Pro customers with a custom domain:
- The domain is registered in your name, with you as the legal owner.
- We handle registration, renewals, and DNS on your behalf while you're on Pro.
- If you cancel, we'll transfer the domain to a registrar of your choice at no cost, provided there are no outstanding fees.
- We are not liable for domain name disputes, trade-mark conflicts, or availability — you choose the name and confirm you have the right to use it.
For Basic customers on a {slug}.getsite.co.za subdomain:
- The subdomain is allocated to you while your subscription is active. We reserve the right to reassign it after you cancel.
- You may request a change of subdomain once every 12 months at no charge.
Content & acceptable use
You are responsible for the content we place on your site on your behalf. By using the service, you confirm that it does not and will not:
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Promote illegal products or services, including unregulated financial products, illegal firearms, or controlled substances.
- Contain hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence in breach of South African law.
- Promote sexually explicit material, gambling without the required South African licences, or content that targets or exploits minors.
- Be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, or host malware, phishing, or other harmful code.
- Mislead customers about the nature of your business, qualifications, or pricing.
We may suspend or take down sites that breach these rules, and in serious cases terminate your account without refund. If we receive a valid legal notice requiring us to remove content, we will do so.
Intellectual property
- Your content — logos, photos, trade names, and text you give us — remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for operating your site while your subscription is active.
- Our platform — the code, infrastructure, brand, and templates that power SA Website — remains ours. We don't grant you any right to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
- The specific HTML, CSS, and images generated for your site are yours to take with you when you cancel; we'll export them on request.
Availability & support
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime, measured across calendar months, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
- Support is provided via WhatsApp during South African working hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 SAST). Responses outside these hours are best-effort.
- Pro customers receive priority support, which in practice means faster WhatsApp response times.
- We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the service. Where possible we'll notify you in advance on WhatsApp.
Liability
We provide the service "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act:
- We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or R5,000 — whichever is less.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you on WhatsApp and give you at least 30 days to review them. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be dealt with by the competent courts of South Africa. You also retain your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and may refer complaints to the National Consumer Commission if applicable.
